  • Yes, I accept all major credit cards, debit cards, electronic checks (ECH), through a secure online portal. In addition financing is available for major offenses. If you pay in full there is a discount for doing.

  • Each case is different. The sooner you hire me the sooner I can start to get you on with the rest of your life. My goal is to get you on with the rest of your life as quickly as possible while providing excellent legal representation. Most minor traffic offenses can be resolved in 1 court appearance which you may not even have to go to court for. Felony DUI’s may take months to resolve.

  • A vast majority of all cases are resolved prior to trial. I prepare each and every matter as if it will go to trial. That way if the Prosecutor refuses to offer an acceptable result we are prepared and ready for trial. I find by doing that my clients get the best possible outcome.

  • That depends on what you are charged with and if you have any sort of prior history (previous tickets, license suspensions, DUI’s). During the free initial consultation I will discuss the possible and likely outcomes.

  • I return all phone messages and respond to all texts and emails. I answer all my own phone calls (no AI chatbots and no AI answering attendants). If I am unable to answer your call immediately (eg: I am in a Courtroom) I will get back to you back as soon as I can. If you call after hours- I respond by 10am the next business day.
