I charge a single flat fee for all that needs to be done on your matter up to a trial. No hourly billing. No extra charges for additional Court appearances or preparing motions or going to hearings. If you decide to go to trial you will know in advance what that additional fee is.

While I try to resolve matters through negotiation I always prepare each case as if it is going to trial. I am an experienced trial lawyer who knows that to get the best result for my client you have to always be ready for trial.
